A while is completely random and never all of them but 2 or 3. Also proc mon and proc explorer and bootvis dont show anything weird. If i place a workstation from another vlan in this segment it slows down also after a day , en when i put a machine from the new vlan somewhere else it works. And when i restart the machine it can go away or not.
