It is really irritating, that is why I would not recommend it to anyone. I found Ammyy Admin, which is really free,even does not require any installation. Note that TeamViewer is not free for commercial use Use this all the time at work and home. It's works great and the file transfer does work. Very simple and easy to use. All I can say is WOW! This is the best remote control software package I've had the pleasure of using and I've tried almost all of them! Installation was a snap, configuration extremely simple, and most important of all, it works!
